These one-on-one sessions fall under the umbrella of "coaching." I can offer personalized herbal education, advice about connecting your spiritual life more deeply with nature, and/or help with your movement practice. I believe that real change happens through baby steps and am happy to be a part of your team to help support you on your personal growth journey.

These appointments are best for people who want a deeper relationship with plants and nature but aren't sure what to do, or how to fit plant energy work into their everyday lives.

Cost: $35 for a half hour appointment by zoom.
